Loving or hating Math!!!

Whenever somebody says the word 'mathematics' most people get a bit uneasy or happy, (un)comfortable, frozen/engage themselves, etc...

• Is it because of how difficult/hard mathematics is? or is it because mathematics is easy?
• Is it because most people are (not) mathematically inclined?
• Is it because mathematics has a lot of or no relation with everyday life?
• Is it because of the way mathematics has been taught in the educational system of T&T?
• What are those challenges students come across when learning mathematics?
